Things You Might Be Wondering

Because this is a full weekend at camp, we wanted to answer common questions in one place. If you’re unsure about anything, please reach out.

About the Weekend
What are the weekend dates?
Friday–Sunday, November 6–8, 2026.
Do I need to stay onsite the whole weekend?
Not at all. We’d love for you to stay if you can, but you’re welcome to stay offsite or attend only the events you’re able to make.
When should I arrive?
Check-in at camp begins Friday at 3:00 PM. We recommend arriving with enough time to settle in before the evening activities.
When do I need to leave?
Check-out is Sunday by 10:30 AM at the latest.
What should I wear?
The weekend will have a range of vibes, so we encourage you to pack for both comfort and celebration.

Friday evening will be relaxed and casual. Think comfortable camp attire that you can move around in and enjoy the evening.

Saturday’s ceremony and reception will be more formal, and we will share specific dress code guidance for that event.

Outside of scheduled events, anything goes. We hope you’ll wear whatever makes you feel most like yourself — whether that means ready for activities, exploring camp, or simply relaxing and unwinding.
Staying at Camp
Are kids invited?
Yes. We want whatever makes travel and the weekend easiest for you. If bringing your children allows you to attend and enjoy the celebration, they are absolutely welcome.
Can I bring my dog?
We love dogs, but the venue’s policy only allows for our dog, Wayne, to be onsite. Thank you for understanding.
What should I bring if I’m staying onsite?
Think comfortable and layered. Days are typically warm and sunny, while evenings can be cool.
• Comfortable shoes for walking around camp
• A warm layer for the evening
• Toiletries and personal items
• Swimsuit
• Loungewear
• Reusable water bottle
Optional but nice
• Earplugs if you’re a light sleeper
• Flip-flops for showers
• Sunglasses and sunscreen
Will meals be provided throughout the weekend?
Dinner will be provided on Friday and Saturday evenings. Additional meals and snacks throughout the weekend are still being planned.
Can I use a kitchen if I’m staying onsite?
Cabins and bunkhouses do not include kitchen access. We recommend bringing any personal snacks you may want for the weekend.
Travel & Transportation
Will there be shuttles for offsite guests?
Transportation options for guests staying offsite are still being finalized. We’ll share details here as plans are confirmed. In the meantime, we recommend arranging transportation in advance.
Where is the camp located?
The Camp at Carmel Valley
33200 E Carmel Valley Rd
Carmel Valley, CA 93924

The entrance gate is located at mile marker 14.8 on Carmel Valley Road.
Where do I park?
Parking will be available onsite. After check-in, you may need to walk a short distance to cabins and common areas.
Camp Details
Will there be cell service?
Cell service can be limited at camp. We recommend downloading directions ahead of time and letting loved ones know you may be offline for parts of the weekend.
Can I smoke while at camp?
No. Camp policy does not allow smoking anywhere on the property. This is a high fire-risk area of California.

Violations may result in a $500 fee per occurrence.
Will it be cold?
Early November in Carmel Valley is usually warm during the day and cooler at night. We recommend bringing layers so you’re comfortable throughout the weekend.
